His wealth of knowledge includes over 22 years of technical experience (being with Altron Security since 2001) has positioned him well to drive change and enable the digital transformation of some of the largest organisations in South Africa.

Meet the Altron Security Leadership Team
Michael Horn
Executive: Technology
Michael is responsible for creating, implementing, and leading a clear technology product growth strategy and business plan that will drive long-term, sustainable value to customers and the growth of Altron Security. He joined Altron Security with the LAWtrust acquisition. Michael is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional with over thirty years’ experience in many facets of the security industry. He is an experienced technology executive with demonstrated history of leading and growing cybersecurity Professional Services teams.
Venessa Murphy
Executive: Human Capital & Marketing
Venessa’s role entails all elements of Human Capital Management. She has worked with, and for Altron Security since 2013 and is one of the management team members responsible for ensuring execution of the overall business strategy. With a strong background in talent management she draws on over 8 years of senior leadership experience in driving people engagement as a core focus.
Anrisha Ramsunkar
Executive: Finance
Anrisha Ramsunkar is a chartered accountant having experience across mining, telecommunications and digital securities sectors providing operational and strategic leadership for the past 16 years. She joined Altron in 2021 via the acquisition of Lawtrust.
Anrisha is a detail-oriented, driven individual who is highly regarded for her proven ability to lead colleagues, management, and staff through significant organizational change while maintaining focus on leadership, teamwork, and performance excellence.
Rian Schoeman
Managing Executive: Digital Security
Rian Schoeman is the Managing Executive for the LAWtrust division in Altron Security, a high technology digital security specialist. He is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa with a particular interest in and focus on privacy and technology. He holds Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and Certified Information Privacy Practitioner (Europe) (CIPP/E) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and has been awarded the Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) designation by the IAPP. Rian was co-chair of the Johannesburg chapter of the IAPP Knowledge Network for 5 years, with his term ending in 2021.

Responsible for IT and internal compliance and governance, operational services and project office management, Ferdie forms an integral part of the management team. Having held various roles since he joined in 2002, Ferdie brings in-depth technical and institutional knowledge to the business, contributing significantly to strategy development and business improvement processes.
